GlobalClass is an online education platform that enables creators and instructors to create, publish, and sell online courses directly to students. The Service includes course hosting, payment processing, student management, and AI-powered support tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
4. Purchases and Payments
All course purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Course prices are set by individual instructors and may be subject to change. Refund policies are determined by each instructor and are displayed on the course page at the time of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
Course content, including videos, text, images, and other materials, is owned by the respective instructors. Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased course content for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
- Copy, redistribute, or publicly display course content without authorization
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access purchased course content may be revoked.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any course content provided by instructors.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalClass Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
